Shipping and returns policy

We follow a simple returns policy :

No refunds nor returns.

You must be aware that these products are shipped you from another country and arrive at your. Due to the laws and duties applicable in the country of origin, the cost for returning these products is equal to or more than the cost of the products themselves.

These products are inspected twice prior to being dispatched to you. Once during procurement from the supplier and second on handing over to the carrier(s). In case your package is received from the supplier incomplete/incorrect or inappropriate for delivery this package shall not be forwarded on to you and you shall be automatically intimated. You shall then have the option of requesting another piece or of a refund.

Xcel (Hong Kong) Limited, Ebuychina, and/or their affiliates, service providers, directors, employees, partners, associates thereof are in no way responsible for any loss (these include, but are not limited to monetary, fiscal losses, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, distress or any other losses, tangible or intangible)
arising out of non delivery or delay due to damages and/or any other causes.

We do acknowledge, there is a possibility of these products being damaged in transit after we hand over the package to the carriers. Which is why we encourage you to purchase insurance for your cargoes.

If you do not have insurance, you may file claims for refunds with the local carrier entrusted with your package. Xcel (Hong Kong) Limited or Ebuychina and their affiliates do not take responsibility/are in no way liable for any litigation, remuneration or damages arising out of such claims.

The products purchased on this website are not covered by ANY warranties or guarantees, whether implied or explicitly stated on Ebuychina.com, on any matter supplied by the manufacturer or by Ebuychina or anywhere else. This shipping and returns policy supercedes any such statement of warranty or guarantee mentioned on the product, on Ebuychina, on matter supplied by the manufacturer or any other matter implying or explicitly stating guarantee of said products.

Yet, we welcome you to email us at : manager@ebuychina.com letting us know your cause for complaint. If possible, we shall try to address the issue and resolve the matter to your satisfaction. However, it is the discretion of Xcel (Hong Kong) Limited and Ebuychina whether or not to accept your complaint as genuine and to resolve it. No consumer or parties on behalf of the consumer or any other third party may claim litigation, remuneration, damages or any other action arising out of unresolved consumer issues.
