As Semi Manufacturers : We have found that sometimes, to adhere to customers quality standards, we have to dig deep into our reserve of experience.  We have to control every process involved in the production of apparel. We therefore take on the form of semi manufacturers, purchasing raw materials and working on a CMT basis with factories.
